Shiv Shakti Export & Import

Shiv Shakti Export & Import is run out of 29 A in Jhang Apartment. We are at Plot No. 40 in Sector-13, Rohini. It’s more of a home-office setup, which makes things a bit more relaxed than working in a big commercial building. We have files stacked up in the spare room and the dining table often doubles as a desk for sorting through shipping papers. Being in a residential area like Rohini means it's mostly quiet, except for the usual neighborhood sounds like kids playing or cars honking. We handle a lot of shipping documents and phone calls to customs agents throughout the day. Sometimes the courier guy comes twice a day to pick up or drop off things. It’s just a small team, mostly family members and a couple of helpers who have been with us for a while. We’ve been doing this for a few years now from this same apartment. The balcony has some plants that we try to keep alive, but the paperwork takes up most of our time. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist. If you visit, you'll probably just get a cup of tea in the living room while we talk business. It's an honest way to make a living. We keep track of the ports and the prices on a big whiteboard in the hallway. It keeps us on our toes every day.
