S. S. Steels

S. S. Steels is located at A-131 in the Wazirpur Group Industrial Area. This part of town is known for metal, and we fit right in. It’s a noisy neighborhood, and you can hear the sound of hammers and cutters from pretty much every building on the street. Our shop is a straightforward place. We handle a lot of steel, so the floors are usually scratched up and there’s always a bit of grease around. We don't have any leather sofas or fancy lighting in the office area. It’s just a small room with a fan and a few chairs for when customers come by to talk about their orders. Most of our days are spent checking inventory or talking to the guys on the floor. The traffic around Wazirpur can be a real pain, especially in the afternoons, but we’ve learned to work around it. We aren't some big corporation with a board of directors. It’s just a local business trying to do things right. We drink a lot of chai from the stall at the corner and talk about the news while we wait for trucks to arrive. Our sign out front is a bit old, but everyone in the area knows where A-131 is. We just keep our heads down and focus on the steel. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We’ve been here for years and plan to stay.
