We are located at Plot No.V-983 in Raghu Ganj. It’s right in the middle of Chawri Bazar, very close to the Oriental Bank of Commerce. If you know Chawri Bazar, you know how incredibly busy it gets. There are people and carts everywhere all the time. Our shop has been part of this madness for years. We deal with all kinds of metals here. The space is filled from floor to ceiling with stock. It’s often hard to move around, but we know where everything is kept. We don't bother with fancy advertising or anything like that. People in the market know us, and word of mouth is usually enough. It’s a very loud place to work, but you get used to it after a while. I remember when my grandfather used to sit exactly where I sit now. Not much has changed in terms of how we do things. We just try to be fair and get the work done. The heat in the summer can be quite something, especially with all the metal around, but we just drink a lot of tea and keep going. It’s a life built on metal and hard work. Sometimes we stay late to finish inventory when the market finally gets quiet. It’s a different world then. We’re just a small part of this big, busy market.
