Raj Pipe Industries

If you head down to Hauz Qazi, you can find Raj Pipe Industries at 2812, Chatta Sufi. We are right by Peepal Mahadev, which is a place everyone around here knows. This part of the city is always full of noise and the smell of old buildings and metal. Our shop is old and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. We have pipes stacked up almost to the ceiling in some spots. It makes the place feel even smaller than it actually is. Working in Chatta Sufi means dealing with the heat and the crowds every single day. We don't have any fancy signs or bright lights to get people's attention. Most folks who come here have been doing business in the area for a long time anyway. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too high and the streets get too packed. There is a lot of heavy lifting involved in moving these pipes around. By the end of the day, we are usually pretty tired and covered in grime. It is a tough way to make a living but it is what we know. We don't spend money on marketing or anything like that. We just open the shutters and get to work until it's time to go home.
