Our shop is tucked away at Plot No.3510, Gali Bajrang Bali. If you've ever been to Chawri Bazar, you know exactly how tight these streets are. We are right by the Chawri Bazar Metro Station, which makes it a bit easier for people to find us in the maze of alleys. It is incredibly crowded around here, with people, carts, and rickshaws constantly moving past the door. We deal in metal, just like many others in this historic part of Delhi. It’s a hectic way to work. You have to be okay with a lot of noise and very little personal space. Our shop is small and packed to the ceiling with stock. We don't have a big fancy office; we usually just sit on stools and talk to customers over the counter. People come to us from all over the city because this area is the heart of the metal trade. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. We just tell you what we have and what it costs. It’s a very old-fashioned way of doing business, but it works for us. The air is always thick with the smell of old buildings and metal dust. It’s not for everyone, but we wouldn't know what to do with ourselves in a quiet office. This is where the real trade happens, and we are glad to be a small part of it.
