A-84/4 in the Wazirpur Industrial Area is where we do our metal work. If you have ever been to Wazirpur, you know it is a maze of small factories and workshops. The sound of metal being cut and hammered is everywhere. Our place is no different. We deal with all kinds of metal products. It gets very hot inside, especially during the summer months when the machines are running full tilt. We have a team of guys who really know their way around a furnace and a press. We do not have a lot of space for anything other than the raw materials and the finished goods stacked up in the corners. It is a gritty environment, but there is a certain rhythm to it that we like. We have been at this address for a long time. People around here know us as Raj Lakshmi Metal. We do not use any fancy marketing tricks. We just show people what we have made and they decide if they want it. Most of our day is spent managing the workflow and making sure the quality is what it should be. It is a tough business with a lot of competition, but we keep our heads down and do the work. There is always a lot of scrap metal lying around that needs to be cleared. It is just the daily routine.
