R. R. Metal Scaff

Pitampura is mostly residential, but AD-30A is where we keep things moving for R. R. Metal Scaff. It's a bit of a tight spot for a metal business, but we make it work. Most of our day involves talking to contractors and checking on site deliveries. Scaffolding isn't a pretty business. It's heavy, it's dirty, and it takes up a lot of space. Our office is more like a hub where we coordinate everything. There’s always someone coming in to settle an account or ask about rental rates. We’ve got piles of metal pipes and clamps in the yard. It gets pretty noisy when the guys are loading the trucks early in the morning. We try to be quiet for the neighbors, but metal on metal always makes a racket. The staff here is just a few local guys and a couple of office people. We don't have a website with fancy photos. Most people find us because they saw our trucks at a construction site nearby. The office has a few old desks and a calendar that’s usually a month behind. We don't worry about the decor much. As long as the scaffolding is safe and the trucks are on time, we're doing okay. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We just take things one day at a time here. The yard is a bit of a maze, but we know where everything is kept and how to find it.
