Porridge Heads Private Limited

Our place is tucked away in Plot No 48, Pkt H, over in the Bawana DSIDC area. Being in an industrial sector like Sec 3 means it’s mostly about the work and less about the looks. Porridge Heads Private Limited started because we wanted to do something straightforward with food. The morning starts early here because that’s when the industrial park really gets moving. We spend a lot of time around the big pots and making sure the grain quality is okay. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. The floor is usually a bit messy with sacks, and the air smells like cooked oats or whatever we are working on that day. It’s not some high-tech lab; it’s just a kitchen that grew a bit bigger than a home one. We have a few guys who handle the packing and others who watch the temperature. It gets quite warm in the summer, especially with the machines running, but we just open the big doors and keep going. Sometimes the deliveries are late because the trucks get stuck in the narrow lanes of Bawana, but we manage. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make a decent product that people actually want to eat for breakfast. It’s a simple operation, really, and we prefer it that way without too many complicated rules or fancy meetings. We just keep the stoves going and hope the day goes by without any machines breaking down on us.
