Our place is tucked away at 2255, Sarai Top Khand, right in the middle of Chandni Chowk. If you have ever been down these lanes, you know how crowded and narrow it gets every single day. We have been operating out of this spot for a while now. It is a bit of a squeeze sometimes because we have so much stuff packed into the rooms here. Chandni Chowk has a lot of energy, even if it is a bit chaotic with the rickshaws and everyone rushing past the door. We spend a lot of our time just sorting through decorations and getting things ready for whoever needs them. It is not a shiny office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just an old building where we do our thing. Sometimes the electricity acts up or it gets too hot, but that is just life in this part of town. We are usually here from morning until late, just keeping up with the orders that come in. Most people who find us are locals or folks who aren't afraid to navigate the backstreets. It is a simple setup really. We just try to stay on top of the inventory and make sure we don't lose track of things in the piles. It is a lot of hard work but we are used to the pace of Sarai Top Khand by now.
