Panna Lal Brij Mohan Lal has been operating out of 3636 Chawri Bazar for a long time. If you have ever been to Chawri Bazar, you know how packed and chaotic it can be. The streets are narrow, and there are people everywhere, but that is just the charm of this place. Our shop is tucked away in one of those old buildings that has seen decades of history. It is not a very wide space, so we have to use every inch of the walls and even the ceiling to store our stock. It is dusty and sometimes the lighting is not the best, but we know exactly where everything is kept. We usually have a few regulars who stop by just to chat or check what is new in stock. Dealing with the logistics in such a crowded market is a challenge every single day. You have to time the deliveries just right or you will get stuck in a human traffic jam. We do not have any fancy signs or a modern interior. It is just wooden shelves, an old desk, and a lot of items that have been there for a while. We keep things traditional here. Our way is just doing the work and being honest with the people who walk through our door. It is a family-run kind of vibe, and we do not plan on changing that anytime soon. It is just how we operate.
