Om Frenzy

We’ve been here at 1-39, Ashok Vihar, Phase-I for a while now. Most people around here know the spot. It isn’t a fancy place, just a regular shop where we get things done every day. When we first opened up, we didn’t really have a big plan, we just wanted to run a decent business and stay busy. Ashok Vihar is a good neighborhood, but the traffic can get a bit much in the evenings. We spend most of our mornings just setting things up and checking what came in the day before. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but honestly, we’re usually too focused on the work to worry about that. It’s a bit cramped inside once you get all the stuff moved in, but we make it work. Customers come in and out, some have been coming for years and others just stumble in because they’re in the area. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. Word of mouth usually keeps us going. Most of the time, it’s just us handling the day-to-day stuff, answering the phone, and making sure orders don't get mixed up. It gets loud sometimes when the street is busy outside, but that’s just how it is living and working in this part of town. We try to keep things organized, though it doesn’t always stay that way by the end of the afternoon.
