Nitin Garments

Nitin Garments is located at 4435 Pahari Dhiraj, right across from the Jain Mandir in Sadar Bazaar. Being in this part of town means there is always noise and people moving around. We have been here for years, and the shop has become a big part of our lives. We deal with clothes, mostly wholesale stuff because of where we are situated. It’s a busy environment. We spend our mornings unpacking new arrivals and the rest of the day helping customers who find their way to us. Since we are right opposite the temple, it’s a good landmark for people trying to find us. The space is a bit tight because we have so much stock piled up, but we know where everything is. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but it works for us. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or anything. We just keep the clothes ready and the doors open. Sometimes we sit outside on the step when it's a bit quiet, just watching the crowd go by in Sadar Bazaar. It is a lot of hard work and long hours, but it’s what we do. We’ve known the other shopkeepers around here for a long time. It feels like a small community even though it's so crowded. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily trade.
