Nikhar Tea Estates Pvt. Ltd. is on the second floor of the building at Plot No. 648/209 in Farash Khana. Being up on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is usually quite busy. Farash Khana is an older part of town, so the buildings have a bit of character and history to them. We handle our tea estate business from this office. It’s not a polished corporate suite; it’s more of a working space where papers are stacked and samples are laid out on the tables. We spend most of our time coordinating with the gardens and making sure the quality is what we expect. It can get a bit stuffy in the summer months, but we keep the fans going and get through the work. We aren't interested in sounding like a big multinational. We’re a private company that focuses on the tea trade and the people involved in it. Our staff is small, and we’ve all been together for a long time. We know our regulars and they know where to find us, even if the stairs are a little narrow. It’s a straightforward setup. We come in, we do the work, and we make sure the tea moves from the estates to where it needs to go without any fuss. It’s just how we’ve always done things here in Farash Khana. We don't need much more than our tea samples and a bit of quiet to get through the day.
