Neelam Perforators

Working at Neelam Perforators means spending a lot of time around heavy machinery. We are based at 65, Bawana Industrial Area in Bawana. The area is always buzzing with trucks and other factories. What we do here is mostly punching holes into metal sheets. It sounds simple but it takes a lot of care to get the patterns right. The machines are old but they still work well if you treat them right. It gets very hot inside the shed during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and get on with the work. We handle a lot of different orders, some small and some quite large. There is no big corporate office here, just a small desk where we keep the papers. Mostly we are on the floor checking the sheets. The noise is constant, so we have to shout a bit to hear each other. We get deliveries of raw metal every week and then we ship out the finished perforated sheets to different clients. We’ve been in Bawana for a good while. It's a tough environment but we like the work. There isn’t any fluff here, just metal and machines. We don't promise things we can't do. We just look at the drawings and see if we can make the holes line up properly for the specific piece that the customer needs for their project.
