Natkhat Chat Corner

Natkhat Chat Corner is our small spot in Model Town II, specifically at F Block 14/1. It’s a corner shop, just like the name says. We don’t have a lot of room, so people usually eat standing up or take their food to go. It’s a very casual place. We’ve been in this neighborhood for years. You can hear the traffic from the main road nearby. We do everything ourselves, from chopping the vegetables to mixing the spices. It’s a lot of standing on our feet all day. We don’t have a fancy menu board, just a simple list of what we have. Most people know what they want before they even get to the counter. The weather affects us a lot since it’s an open-style shop. When it rains, things slow down. When it’s sunny, the evening rush is big. We don’t do any advertising. We just rely on the people living in F Block to come by. It’s a very local vibe. We know most of the people who stop by for a snack. It’s not a corporate chain or anything. It’s just us. We keep things plain and simple. We try to keep the area around the shop clean, but it’s a busy street. It’s just how it is. We’re here every day, doing the same thing, and we like it that way. Most of our regulars have been coming here since they were kids, which is really nice to see.
