We have been at Shop No 8 near the Delhi GPO for a while now. It is a small spot, C 5-1, but we keep busy enough. Dealing with steel is not exactly glamorous work, but it is what we do day in and day out. People come by looking for specific sizes or just to see what is in stock at the moment. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded with all the metal laying around on the floor. We just try to get things sorted for whoever walks in through the door. It is mostly just us handling the orders and making sure the inventory is where it should be. The location is pretty easy to find if you know the GPO area at all. We are not big on fancy offices or anything like that. It is a very straightforward setup. Some days are much louder than others with the loading and unloading of the heavy trucks. We have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, but we are still here in the same old shop. It takes some muscle to move this stuff around, but that is just part of the daily job. We do not really do much advertising, just word of mouth from people we know. If you are around the C 5-1 block, you will likely see us working. There is always some dust and the smell of metal in the air. It is just a regular local business trying to keep things moving.
