Mystique Diamonds

You can find us inside the Ctc Mall over in Motinagar 3, right on Najafgarh Road. Being in a mall means there’s a steady stream of people walking past our doors. At Mystique Diamonds, we deal with stones, which means we spend a lot of time looking through loupes and checking certifications. The shop isn't massive, but we make use of the space we have. It’s usually quiet inside compared to the busy road outside. We have various displays, but we spend most of our time at the back or behind the counters talking to people. It’s a regular job for us, even if the items are shiny. We have to be careful with everything, so there's a lot of checking and re-checking. Najafgarh Road is always packed with traffic, so we hear the honking even when we’re focused on a tiny stone. People come in with all sorts of questions, and we just give them the facts about what we have. We aren't into high-pressure sales. If someone wants to look at a diamond, we show it to them. Some days are slow, and we just spend time organizing the inventory. Other days, it’s one person after another. We’ve been at this location for a while and have seen many shops come and go in the mall. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a specific task or wait for a customer.
