My Jewellery

My Jewellery is located at 41 Civil Lines on Rajpur Road. This part of town is a bit different from the crowded markets because the roads are wider and there are more trees around. We have been here at this address for quite some time now. The shop is a small, quiet place where we keep our items in glass cases that I have to wipe down every single morning. It is mostly just a family thing, with me sitting at the counter and waiting for customers to walk in. Rajpur Road has its busy times, especially in the evenings when people are out for a stroll or heading to dinner. We don't do the big loud sales or put up massive posters. People come in when they need a gift for a wedding or a birthday. I enjoy the quiet moments when I can just sit and look over the inventory. Sometimes the neighbor from the shop next door comes in for a chat and a cup of tea. We have some old wooden cabinets that have been with us since we opened. The lock on the front door is a bit sticky in the winter, but we know how to handle it. It is a simple life running a shop in Civil Lines. We know most of the people who live on this stretch of Rajpur Road and they know us too. It is a steady way to spend the day and we like the familiarity of the place.
