If you ever find yourself in Okhla Indl. Area, Phase-I, you might pass by our place at A-188. We go by the name Munna Lal Ram Dayal, which has been the name on the door for as long as anyone can remember. It’s an old-school kind of business. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or slogans painted on the walls. We just show up every morning and get to work. The building itself has seen better days, maybe, but it serves its purpose well enough. Okhla is a crowded place, and parking near A-188 can be a real nightmare if you don't get here early. We have a small team, and everyone knows what they’re supposed to be doing without being told. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go in Phase-I over the decades, but we’ve managed to stay put by just being consistent. We don’t spend money on big ads or marketing people. Word of mouth usually brings folks to our door anyway. It’s a quiet existence for the most part, focusing on the tasks at hand and making sure our customers get what they asked for. We aren’t trying to change the world or anything; we’re just here to do a job and go home to our families at the end of the day. That’s how it’s always been for us at Munna Lal Ram Dayal.
