MK Metals is based at D-214, Ashok Vihar, Phase-1. Our location is a bit away from the really crowded city center, which makes things a little easier for transport. We handle different kinds of metal supplies from this office. It is a straightforward business, run by a small group of people. We do not have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. We just have our work and our customers. We started this company because we had experience in the metal industry and wanted to do something on our own. The office is practical and has everything we need to keep track of our orders and inventory. We spend our time checking the quality of the materials and talking to people about their requirements. We do not go for flashy ads or promotional events. We just believe in doing the work properly and being honest with the people we deal with. Sometimes we stay late to finish the paperwork, especially when there is a big shipment coming in. The area is decent and we have made a good home for the business here. We do not make big claims; we just tell you what we can do and then we do it. It is a steady way to live and we are happy with how things are going. Most of our business comes from people who trust us.
