Our shop is right in the middle of things at 1044, Bazar Paiwalan, near the Jama Masjid. If you know the area near Inderprastha School, we are just a short walk from there. It is a busy, old part of town and our building has been around for quite a long time. The street is always full of people and carts, so there is a lot of energy right outside the door. Inside, it is a bit quieter but still active. We have things stacked up high because space is tight in these old bazaar buildings. We are a family-run kind of place, so you might see different generations of the family helping out at the counter. It is not a modern showroom; it is an old-fashioned store where we know where every single item is hidden away. The wooden shelves are old and have been polished by years of hands reaching for stock. We get a lot of regular customers who have been coming to us for years. They know we are just simple people doing our business in the same spot for a long time. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the traffic outside, but we just wipe things down and keep going. It is a real part of the history around the Masjid, and we are just glad to be here every morning when the market wakes up. We just keep the lights on and help the people who walk in.
