We are located at No. 1568 in Bhagirath Palace, which is right in the heart of Chandni Chowk. If you know Delhi, you know how packed this area is. It is one of the oldest markets and every inch of space is used for something. Major Surgical Company has a spot here amongst all the other shops and traders. It’s a bit of a walk through the narrow lanes to get to us, but that is the charm of Bhagirath Palace. Our space is filled with boxes and supplies, often stacked up high because there isn't much floor room. We spend a lot of time moving things around to find what we need. The atmosphere is loud, with people shouting and carts being pushed through the crowds. It’s not a place for someone who wants peace and quiet. We’ve been here long enough to know all the local vendors and the shortcut paths. The office part is just a small desk where we keep the ledger and handle the phone calls. It’s a very old-school way of working, but it works for this environment. We don't have any fancy displays. People come to us because they know we are here in the market. It is a long day every day, especially with the heat and the crowds, but we just keep going through the routine.
