Lazycocktails Beverages is located in a basement over at Plot Number 28 in Block-AG of Shalimar Bagh. We chose the basement because it stays a bit cooler than the upper floors, which is pretty important for the stuff we work on. Shalimar Bagh is a decent area, but the traffic on the main roads can be a real pain during peak hours. We spend a lot of time down here experimenting with different drink mixes and recipes. It’s a lot of manual work, cleaning bottles, mixing ingredients, and checking the inventory. It isn't a glamorous setup with bright lights or a fancy storefront. Most of the time, it’s just us surrounded by crates and supplies. We’ve had a few leaks when the rains got really heavy last year, which was a mess to clean up, but that’s the risk you take with a basement. We’re just a small team of people who like working with beverages. We don't have a big board of directors or anything like that. It's just a practical business we started because we wanted to do something on our own. Sometimes the days get long, especially when we’re trying to get a new batch exactly right. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream. We just want to make drinks people like and keep the business running without too many hiccups. It’s a quiet life down in the AG block.
