Our little shop is number 23 in the Lehna Singh Market over in Malka Ganj. If you know the area, it’s always buzzing with students and locals. We’ve been helping people with their travel plans for a long time from this exact spot. It’s a small place, just enough room for a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we look up tickets or bus routes. We don’t do anything fancy, just travel bookings and helping people get where they need to go. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at booking screens. Malka Ganj is a great place to be because there’s always someone stopping by to ask about a train or a flight. We aren't a big online portal; we’re just a physical shop where you can talk to a real person. Sometimes the market gets so loud we have to shout over the noise, but it’s all part of the daily routine. We’ve got stacks of old brochures and maps around, though we use the computer for everything now. It’s a simple business. We know the regulars and they know where to find us. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy. Just the name on the glass door. It’s a bit cramped when it gets busy in the evenings, but we like the energy of the market. It’s been our home for years and we like it here.
