We've been here in Bazar Sita Ram for quite a while now. If you know Gali Arya Samaj, you know it's a tight spot but that's where we manage everything for Koncept Steel. It gets busy around here, especially with the narrow lanes and all the movement, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent dealing with orders and checking on the steel supplies. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just us working out of this spot in Delhi 110006. Some days are louder than others because of the market noise outside. We keep things pretty straightforward. There’s no big manual on how we talk to people, we just handle the steel and get it where it needs to go. Sometimes the traffic makes deliveries a bit of a headache, but that’s just life in this part of the city. We’ve got a small team and we all know our roles. It isn’t always pretty or perfectly organized, but the work gets done. People usually find us by word of mouth or because they’ve been coming to this lane for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just staying steady with what we do here. It’s a lot of physical work and paperwork mixed together. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay on top of the inventory. It's a grind, but it's our grind.
