Kay Pee Pan Corner

The shop is at Naya Bazar 3951, which is a very busy part of town. If you know Naya Bazar, you know how crowded it gets with trucks and laborers carrying sacks of grain. Kay Pee Pan Corner is tucked away near the corner of the building. I have been here since I was a young man. The space is very narrow, so I have to keep everything very organized on the walls. I sell a lot of pan, obviously, but also other small items that people need throughout the day. The noise from the market is constant from morning until late at night. Sometimes the dust from the grain market makes its way inside, so I am always wiping down the glass jars. My father used to run a similar stall, and I just kept the tradition going at 3951. We don't have any fancy displays or bright neon lights. It is just a wooden stall with some jars and a small lightbulb for the evening. Most of the people who come here are workers from the market or people who have been shopping for wholesale goods. It is a tough area to work in because of the heat and the crowds, but it is home for us. We just keep serving whoever walks up to the window to buy something.
