Kapoor Trading Co.

Our place is Kapoor Trading Co. over at Plot No. A-17 in Mahendra Park. If you know where the Walia Petrol Pump is, we’re right across from it in Adarsh Nagar. It’s a good landmark because everyone needs petrol sooner or later. We’ve been trading from this spot for quite a while. The plot is a decent size, which is lucky because we always seem to have something coming or going. The traffic on the road can get pretty thick, especially near the pump, but we don't mind. It’s a lot of manual work, moving stock around and keeping track of what’s in the warehouse. We don’t have a flashy storefront or anything like that. It’s just a gate and a building where we do our business. Most days it’s just us and a couple of helpers making sure things are where they need to be. Adarsh Nagar is a busy area and we feel like part of the furniture now. Sometimes we have a chat with the folks from the petrol pump when things are slow. Trading is a lot about timing and knowing what you’ve got on hand. We try to keep things straightforward and honest without making a big fuss about it. The office is just a small corner of the building with a desk that’s seen better days. But it works for us, and we’ve been making a go of it here for years. Anyway, that's just how we run things around here every day.
