We are located at 13/22 Patel Nagar East. Our shop is in a busy part of East Patel Nagar, right near Madan Lal Halwai. You can usually smell the sweets being made next door, which is a nice part of working here. Our building is an old one, and the business has been around for a long time under this name. We have a lot of heavy wooden furniture and old cabinets where we keep everything. The floor is made of old stone that has worn down over the years. We spend our days dealing with customers and managing the stock. Patel Nagar is always full of energy, with people coming and going from the market nearby. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but most people know the way because of the halwai shop. We don’t have any modern decorations; we’ve kept things the way they’ve been for years. There’s a lot of history in these walls, even if they look a bit dusty now. We have a back room where we store most of the inventory. It’s a tight fit, but we know exactly where everything is. The noise from the street is constant, but you stop noticing it after a while. We usually start early in the morning before the sun gets too hot. It’s a traditional way of working, and we just stick to what we know. It’s a busy life here in Patel Nagar, and we are just another part of the street.
