Jindal Steel Corporation

Jindal Steel Corporation is tucked away in Block A of the Wazirpur Industrial Area. Specifically, we are at A-76. It’s a crowded part of town, especially being so close to Ashok Vihar. If you are looking for us, we are right near Nidhi Opticals, which is a good landmark because the building numbers can get a bit confusing around here. The street outside is almost always blocked by some truck or a rickshaw, so getting things in and out takes a bit of patience. Inside the building, it’s mostly just steel and the smell of cut metal. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few old photos. The lighting isn't the best, but we know where everything is kept. Our workers have been with us for a long time and they don't need much direction. They just get on with it. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the logistics of moving heavy loads through these narrow streets. In the summer, the heat inside the warehouse is intense, but we have a few big fans that help a little bit. We usually eat our lunch together in the small back room. It’s a straightforward business without any of the corporate talk you might hear elsewhere. We just focus on the metal and getting through the daily list of chores that need doing.
