We are based out of Kothi No. 1 in Nanak Enclave, which is part of the Radio Colony area near King’sway in Delhi. It’s a residential-feeling spot, so it doesn’t have that cold, corporate vibe you get in the high-rise districts. The building is an old kothi, and we’ve converted it into our workspace over the years. It has high ceilings and those thick walls that keep it a bit cooler in the summer, though the humidity still gets in. Working in North Delhi has its own pace, which is often frantic. We start early to beat the worst of the heat and the traffic noise. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main roads, mostly families and a few other small businesses tucked away. We handle a lot of the regional paperwork here. It’s a lot of filing, answering phones, and dealing with the day-to-day needs of the projects we are supporting. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power fluctuates during the peak hours, but we just deal with it and keep going. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone worried about branding; it’s just us sitting at our desks making sure things are moving as they should. The local market nearby is where we usually end up for tea or a quick snack during the afternoon break. It’s a practical, no-frills setup that works for us and our neighbors, and we stay busy until the sun goes down.
