If you’ve ever walked through Chandni Chowk, you know how loud and chaotic it is. Our office is at 163, on the first floor of Katra Nawab. To get here, you have to push through the crowds and climb some narrow stairs that have been there for decades. Jindal Diamonds & Gems has stayed in this spot because it's the heart of everything. The room is old, with high ceilings and walls that could probably tell a lot of stories. We sit on the floor sometimes, or at low desks, surrounded by small paper packets. It’s a bit dusty, and the noise from the street below never really stops. We don’t have a marketing department or a fancy website team. It’s just us and the gems. Customers come in, sit down, and we spend hours just talking and looking at stones. There’s no rush here, even though the world outside is moving at a hundred miles an hour. We serve tea to anyone who visits, and the conversation usually drifts from diamonds to family news. It’s an old-fashioned way of doing things, and we haven’t felt the need to change it. We don't use big words to describe the business. It’s just about knowing your stones and being here every day when the shutters open.
