You can find Jain Steels Corporation at Shop No 700, Gali Kundewlan in the Ajmeri Gate area of Chandni Chowk. If you know Chandni Chowk, you know how packed and narrow the lanes can be. Our shop is right in the middle of all that chaos. We have been dealing in steel here for a very long time. The shop is small and filled to the ceiling with metal rods, sheets, and whatever else people are looking for. It is loud, crowded, and there is always someone shouting or a cart being pushed past the door. We don't have a fancy website or a big team of sales people. It’s just us at the counter, talking to customers who walk in from the street. Gali Kundewlan has a lot of history, and we feel like a part of it. The air is always a bit metallic and the floor is worn down from years of feet walking over it. We don't use much technology; it's mostly notebooks and pens for keeping track of what we sell. Sometimes it takes a while to find a specific piece of steel in the back because of how much we have packed in there. It’s a traditional way of doing business, and it’s how we’ve always done it. We just open up the shutters every morning and see who comes by. It is a busy, honest life in the heart of the market.
