Our shop is up on the second floor at 268, Aggarwal Plaza. We are right near Prashant Vihar in Rohini Sector-14. It is a good location because people can stop by after they finish their shopping downstairs. We have posters of different cities on the walls, though some of them are getting a bit faded from the sun. We spend most of our time looking at screen schedules and checking prices for people. It is a lot of data to keep track of every day. My desk is covered in sticky notes with flight numbers and dates written on them. We have a small sofa for people to sit on while we talk about their holiday trips. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to wait around, which is quite annoying when we are busy. We don't use any scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what is available and how much it costs. It is mostly about being helpful and getting the details right. We are just a local travel office. We know many of the families around here because they come back to see us every year. We drink a lot of tea while we work through the bookings. The plaza gets very crowded on the weekends, but during the week it is quiet. We just keep our heads down and get the bookings done.
