Hubh Steel Works

You’ll find Hubh Steel Works at Plot No. 543, right near Bhagirath Motors on the Main Bawana Road in Puth Khurd. It’s an industrial area, so there is always smoke and the sound of hammers hitting steel. We’ve got a big yard where we keep the raw steel beams and plates. The work we do is heavy. We’re mostly cutting, bending, and joining steel for different structures. It’s a tough environment, especially in the summer when the metal gets hot, but the guys here are used to it. We don't have a fancy office; it’s basically just a small room with a table where we look at drawings. Most of our time is spent out on the floor with the welding machines. We get a lot of trucks coming in and out because of the location on Bawana Road. It’s a good spot for logistics even if it gets a bit muddy when it rains. We don't do much in the way of sales pitches. Usually, someone brings us a project, we look at the weight of the steel, and we give them a price. It’s a very direct way of doing business. We’ve been here long enough that the other shops nearby know us well. We just focus on getting the welds strong and making sure the dimensions are what they should be. It’s heavy work, but someone has to do it. We just keep the machines running.
