Gulati Industries

Near Dasmesh School on Club Road is where we have our plot. Gulati Industries is located at Plot No WZ/572 E in Naraina. It’s a busy industrial area. There is always something going on. We have been in this spot for many years now. Our workshop is a real working space. It's often a bit noisy and you can smell the machines and the oil. We don't have a separate office that is clean and quiet. Instead, we have a small desk tucked in one corner of the factory floor. That is where we keep our records and take phone calls. It’s a very hands-on environment. We are usually right there with the workers. Making sure everything is running smoothly is the main task. The building is older and shows its age. However, the machines are well-maintained and do their job. We don't spend money on fancy signs or marketing. Most of our work comes from long-time connections. The traffic on Club Road can be quite bad when the school finishes for the day. We have to plan our pickups around that time. We usually have lunch together in a small back room. It’s not a corporate lifestyle by any means. We work hard. We get our hands dirty. We go home tired at the end of the day. That is just how it has always been for us here. We take things as they come. We keep everything moving forward without making a fuss. The workers have been with us a long time and we are all like one big family.
