We've been at Plot No. 2323 for a while now. Gali Hinga Beg is a busy spot, especially being right in Tilak Bazar and Naya Bazar. People know where to find us. Goyal Tea Agencies Pvt. Ltd. is basically just us doing our thing with tea every day. It gets loud around here with all the trade going on, but that’s just how Naya Bazar is. Handling the stock takes up a lot of time, and we talk to folks who come by while we keep things moving. There’s always someone stopping in to check on what’s arrived lately. It’s a plain office, nothing fancy to look at. Most of the day goes toward sorting out orders and making sure the tea goes where it needs to go. Sometimes the traffic in the lane makes deliveries a bit of a headache, but we manage. Tilak Bazar has its own rhythm. Over the years, we’ve grown used to the noise and the pace of the market. Being near the main market areas helps a lot. If you walk down Gali Hinga Beg, you’ll see our sign. It isn’t a huge operation, just a steady one. We don't really do much advertising, mostly just word of mouth from people in the neighborhood who know we've been here. It’s just work. Showing up, dealing with the leaves, and going home when the sun sets is our routine. Nothing complicated about it really. Just a regular business in a busy part of town.
