You can find us at 207-A in Katra Baryan, which is over in the Fatehpuri area. It is a busy market place, and our shop is tucked into one of the older buildings there. We have got shelves lined with different frames, some of them are quite old and others are newer styles that just came in. It is not a big, modern showroom like the ones you see in the shopping malls. We have a small chair where people sit while they try on different glasses, and a mirror that has seen better days. Most of the time, it is just one or two of us here helping people figure out what fits their face best. We do a lot of lens fitting in the back room, where it is a bit quieter than the front. Fatehpuri is always loud with people shouting and horns honking, but once you step inside, it is a little more peaceful. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass cases because fingerprints seem to get everywhere. Our shop is small, so we have to keep things organized or we would never find anything in the drawers. We have been here for a long time, and we know many of the other shopkeepers around us. People mostly come to us because their parents did, or because they happen to be walking by. We just try to make sure the prescriptions are right and the frames aren't crooked.
