Gaurav Event Management

Our office is over at 163, D-Blk in Prashant Vihar. It’s a pretty standard space where we figure out how to run the events people ask us to handle. Gaurav Event Management isn't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It's a small group of us trying to make sure things go okay when someone has a party or a gathering. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at checklists to make sure we didn't forget the chairs or the lights. Prashant Vihar is a good spot for us since we can get around easily from here. We aren't trying to be the most famous event planners in the city. We just want to make sure the work is finished on time. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery is late or the weather doesn't help, but we just deal with it as it happens. We've got a lot of contacts for different supplies, so that helps when things get hectic. It’s a lot of physical work, moving stuff around and setting up tables. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just manage events. That means we show up early and leave late. The office is usually full of boxes and folders. It’s just how we operate. We’ve been at this address for a bit and most of our neighbors know us by now.
