Faiza Overseas

Faiza Overseas is based in Rohini Sector 17, at A-7/112. We are very close to the Mother Dairy, which is where most people wait when they are coming to see us. The office is on a relatively quiet street compared to the main market. We focus on helping people with their travel papers and overseas applications. It’s a lot of sitting and double-checking names and dates on forms. The office is quite simple with a couple of desks and a small bench for people to wait on. Sometimes there is a bit of a queue, and people end up chatting outside while they wait. We’ve been in this part of Rohini for a good amount of time. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who know the rules and try to help people get their documents in order. The ceiling fan is a bit old and wobbles when it's on high speed, but it keeps us cool enough. We have stacks of folders for different countries and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. Dealing with overseas stuff can be slow and frustrating, so we just try to be patient with the process. Most of our neighbors know us, and we often see the same faces walking by to get their milk at the dairy. It’s a regular, honest place to do some work.
