We are located up on the third floor of D-11/1 in Sector-8, Rohini. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working, but we don't mind it too much. Envision Conferences & Events Pvt Ltd has been based in this part of Rohini for a good while. The office gives us a decent view of the street below, which is always busy with people going to the nearby shops. Inside, it’s mostly just a bunch of people on laptops and talking on their mobiles. Planning conferences involves a lot of back-and-forth emails and phone calls, so the office is rarely quiet. We have stacks of badges, lanyards, and printed programs piled up in the corners. It can get a bit chaotic when we are a few days away from a big event. We don't have a professional interior designer or anything like that. We just bought furniture that seemed sturdy and put it where it fit. Sector-8 is a familiar area for us, and most of our staff lives nearby. It makes the commute easier. We spend our days talking to vendors and trying to make sure venues are ready. It’s a lot of logistical work that keeps us busy from morning till evening. Sometimes we lose track of time and realize it's dark outside before we’ve even finished our second round of tea. It’s just how it goes here. We just try to keep all the pieces moving together.
