Deva Eternal Yoga Holistic Health & Research

We have been here at A-1/163 in Sector 17, Rohini for a good while now. It is just a place where people come for yoga and to look into different holistic health things. We don't have fancy bells and whistles, just a spot to practice and maybe learn something new about staying healthy. The research side is mostly us keeping track of what works for the folks who walk through our door. Most people in the neighborhood know where we are. It is a quiet enough area for what we do. We mostly focus on the physical movements and the basic breathing stuff. Sometimes it gets a bit busy in the mornings, but usually, it is pretty calm. We started Deva Eternal Yoga Holistic Health & Research because there were not many places around here that did this kind of thing. It is not a big gym or anything like that. Just some mats and a space to clear your head after work or early in the day. We try to keep things simple. If you are living in Rohini or nearby, you have probably passed our building. We do not do much advertising, mostly just people telling their neighbors about us. It has worked out okay so far. We just keep doing what we do every day. Nothing too complicated about it. We are just regular people helping other regular people feel a bit better using yoga and basic health research.
