D Flavour

D Flavour sits right on the G T Karnal Road in Alipur. Being near such a big road means there’s always a lot of dust and noise from the trucks and cars going by. We spend a lot of our time dusting off the chairs and the front windows because of it. It’s a place where people stop when they are traveling or just passing through this part of Alipur. The kitchen stays hot throughout the day, and we usually have the back door open to let some air in. We don’t have much in the way of decorations, just the basic stuff you need to run a food place. The address is easy to find if you’re looking for it along the main road. We’ve seen all sorts of people walk through those doors, from long-distance drivers to families out for the day. There’s no big secret to how we run things; we just show up, prep the ingredients, and wait for the orders to come in. The floor is a bit worn down from all the boots and shoes walking across it over the years. We try to keep things moving fast because people on the G T Karnal Road are usually in a hurry to get somewhere else. It’s just us here in Alipur, keeping the lights on for whoever needs a break. There's a big clock on the wall that's always a few minutes fast, which makes people hurry.
