Chirag Enterprises

Chirag Enterprises is located right in the middle of the chaos at Naya Bazar. If you know Lahori Gate, you know how crowded it gets with all the trucks and loaders moving around. Our shop is at 2678, and we’ve been operating out of this space for years. It’s not a very big place, mostly filled with sacks and ledgers, but it works for what we do. Dealing in the wholesale market means our days start very early. We are usually here before the sun is fully up, checking on arrivals and talking to the transporters. The walls here are a bit old, and the stairs are narrow, but this building has a lot of history. My uncle used to run things before me, and I just took over because it’s what the family does. We deal with a lot of different people every day, from farmers to other traders. Some days are stressful when prices fluctuate, but that’s just the nature of the business in Naya Bazar. We don't really have a website or anything like that. People just know our address and show up when they need something. It’s a lot of manual work, moving stuff around and keeping track of everything in our books. It’s a bit dusty and loud, but we are used to it. We just try to keep things moving and get the work done before the market closes for the evening.
