Chefarjun Themast Erchef Restaurant

Chefarjun Themast Erchef Restaurant is our little place in Sadar Bazar. We are located at Property No. 4, specifically in the 4/11 ground floor area. Sadar Bazar is one of the busiest markets in the city, so there’s never a quiet moment. We’ve got our kitchen set up here and we spend most of our time cooking and getting orders ready. Chef Arjun is usually busy with the stove while the rest of us handle the prep and the customers. It’s a small space, so it gets quite hot and crowded, especially in the middle of the day. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just the basics that we need to do our job. There isn’t a big sign or a lot of branding. We just focus on the food and making sure the kitchen is kept clean. Running a restaurant in such a hectic area means we have to be very organized. We deal with the local suppliers for our vegetables and meat every morning. It’s a lot of manual work and we’re usually pretty tired by the time we close up. We don't have a mission statement or any big goals. We just want to serve decent meals and keep the business running. It’s a straightforward life, and we like it that way. We just take each day as it comes and try to do our best in the kitchen.
