Our shop is focused on surgical supplies and medical equipment. It is a small space. Usually, it is overflowing with boxes and different types of tools. We have been in this spot for a long time. The building itself has a lot of history. Working in Chandni Chowk means you have to get used to the crowds. The narrow lanes are always full. Every morning involves moving things around. We need to make space for customers to stand. We supply a lot of the local clinics. Sometimes people just stop by because they need something for a family member at home. It is a very hands-on kind of job. We spend a lot of time checking inventory. We make sure everything is in stock. The air is always full of the sounds of the market outside. We don't have a polished showroom. It is just a functional shop where we do our business. We know most of the other shopkeepers around here. It feels like a small village sometimes. This is true despite being in the middle of a huge city. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day until it is time to go.
