Capital Mill Store

Capital Mill Store is located at Number 3996, right inside Ajmeri Gate. If you know the old city, you know how crowded and busy it gets around here. Our shop is right in the thick of it. We deal in various mill parts and hardware that local factories and workshops use every day. The space is filled with heavy metal parts, belts, and tools. It is quite dark inside because the buildings are so close together, so we keep the lights on all day. We have been here for a long time, watching the gate and the traffic change over the years. My father ran this place before me, and not much has changed in how we do things. We keep a handwritten ledger, talk to the regular mechanics who come in, and try to find the exact part someone is looking for. It is dirty work sometimes, getting grease on your hands from handling the inventory. The street outside is always full of rickshaws and people carrying heavy loads on their backs. We don't have a website or any fancy marketing. People know us because we have been at this address inside the gate forever. When a machine breaks down at a local mill, they send someone over to see if we have the replacement part. We usually do, or we know where to get it. It is a simple, gritty business that keeps the local machines running.
