You can find us at 4056 on the first floor near Ajmer Gate. It’s a very old part of town, and the building reflects that with its narrow stairs and high ceilings. Getting things up to the first floor can be a bit of a challenge, especially the heavier tool sets, but we’ve managed it for years. The space is filled with shelves and drawers containing all sorts of machine tools and accessories. It’s a bit dark inside because the windows are small, but we have plenty of lamps over the work areas. We spend most of our time sorting through inventory and helping people find exactly the right tool for their lathes or mills. It’s a lot of technical talk and checking measurements. The street outside is always bustling with rickshaws and vendors, so there’s never a quiet moment. We usually have tea delivered from the stall downstairs a few times a day to keep us going. We aren’t interested in being a big, flashy company. We just like knowing our tools and helping the machinists who come in looking for something specific. Most of our stock is stuff we’ve sourced carefully over time. It’s a tight-knit community around here, and we’re glad to be a small part of it. We keep our hours fairly steady, though sometimes we stay late to finish up an order. It's just the way things are done in this part of Delhi.
