Btw Foods has been sitting here at 933 Pitam Pura for quite some time now. You can usually tell where we are by the smells coming from the kitchen area. It’s a busy spot, and Pitam Pura is always moving, so there’s never a dull moment outside our doors. We handle a lot of food products, and the back is always full of crates and packaging. It’s not the most organized-looking place if you’re used to those big corporate warehouses, but we know where everything is. The staff is always running around, checking on batches or getting ready for deliveries. We started out small and just kept going because people liked what we were doing. My own office is tucked away in the back, usually filled with samples that I’m supposed to be testing. Sometimes the floor gets a bit dusty from the flour or the spices, but that’s just part of the business. We don't really do the whole "corporate image" thing. We’re more about making sure the food tastes like it’s supposed to and getting it out on time. It gets pretty hectic around the holidays or festival seasons, and we all end up staying late to finish the orders. It’s a bit of a chaotic life, but it’s what we know. Pitam Pura is a good home for us, even if parking is a nightmare for everyone visiting. We just try to keep the quality where it needs to be.
