We are located at 2088, First Floor, Katra Tabacco in Khari Baoli, Delhi. This part of the city is famous for its history in trade, and we are right in the thick of it. Blackbaud Industry Private Limited isn't a giant corporation; it is just a small team of us working out of this old building. The stairs leading up to our office are quite steep and narrow, which keeps us fit, I suppose. The air around here always smells like spices because of the huge market nearby. Our office is pretty simple, with some old wooden furniture and stacks of files that seem to grow every week. We don't have any polished corporate brochures or a team of people to handle our image. We just talk to our customers and suppliers directly. The traffic in Khari Baoli is famously bad, so we spend a lot of time coordinating when the goods can actually reach us. It takes a lot of patience to work in this area. We have been here for a long time and have gotten used to the rhythm of the market. Most of our day is spent checking the quality of what we are buying and making sure the accounts are correct.
