Berlia Steels Pvt Ltd is located right in the middle of everything in Chandni Chowk, specifically at Kucha Natwa, number 1034. If you know Delhi, you know how busy and cramped Chandni Chowk can get. Our place is tucked away in one of those narrow lanes where there’s always someone moving a cart or a delivery being made. We’ve been dealing with steel for a long time. The office is old, and the walls have seen a lot of years go by. It’s not a shiny new warehouse; it’s a place where we talk to vendors, check prices, and manage the logistics of moving heavy metal through these tiny streets. Sometimes it feels impossible to get a truck in or out, but we’ve learned all the tricks over the decades. It’s noisy, it’s crowded, and it’s usually very hot, but this is where the business happens. We don't have a website with fancy graphics or a marketing department. Most of our customers have been buying from us for years because they know we are here at Kucha Natwa. We drink a lot of tea and spend our days looking at ledgers and talking to people on the phone. It’s honest work.
